My visits with Dr. Golas's office is always a pleasant visit. Her receptionists at her front desk are always pleasant. The medical assistant who check you in ate very pleasant. The visit with the doctor is always do nice, especially if you the patient are doing what is needed to be done. I just love her whole office.

Comforting, Relaxing Educational.

I love Dr Crystal Martin because she gives me insight. For example, I didn't know that it takes two weeks for my blood pressure medication to start working. I didn't realize that my kidneys and my body functions better when my blood pressure is at 130/74. When my BP is at 120/80, I'm dizzy and my kidney function lessens. That's very valuable information that helps me out a lot and it's worth the wait as far as I'm concerned. The only downside to seeing her is the wait because she spends quality time with each of her patients. You have to make sure that you don't have any appointments to rush off after seeing her. Again, for me the wait is worth it because she gives me insight concerning improving the function of my kidneys and my overall health. I love Dr Martin for that!!

The people at Dr. Mercier s office are always very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They explain everything and answer all our questions. The wait time is usually pretty quick also.

Seen in a timely fashion. The doctor was very clear and concise in his examination and instruction. Although it didn’t impact my visit, the desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The office needs to address handicap accessibility at the door/ entrance. The threshold is too prominent and most travel wheelchairs cannot get through and need assistance lifting the wheelchair over the threshold to get in or out of the facility. Also, you must hold the door open while trying to enter due to the door tension closing mechanism - these needs to be addressed with urgency.

People complain about the long wait time to see the doctor… but I don’t mind the long wait because when you speak to her she gives you her full attention and will answer EVERY question that you have. I saw Ashley Wozniak on October 9, 2024. She is a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and kind.

I was a little apprehensive about meeting a new doctor, but Dr. Ismail and his staff put me at ease. They took time to listen to My history and concerns, and seemed to be genuinely interested in my welfare. There was no rush, which I appreciated. Doctor was down to earth, and spoke in a manner which was easily understood.

Doctor Ismail has great bedside manners and keeps my visit positive even when I may start feeling emotional or negative about my progress. Dr. Kelly Mercier Is one of the greatest doctors in the world. She go above and beyond, while providing excellent care to each patient based off of our symptoms. She is empathetic, compassionate and she has exceptional people skills. Dr. Mercier here also treat one of her patients equal and there is no other doctor in this world like her. So many other doctors were mistreating me. She never turned me away, and she excepted me as her patient with open arms. Forever grateful. I am probably one of the loudest female patients that she have as she can hear me a mile away. But it’s all love when I get in her office because everyone in her office go above and beyond.

Hello, yesterday was my second visit and they were very precise with follow up on test and efficient. However, my appointment was at 1:20. I arrived at 1:05, but wasn’t called back until 2:15. I did not leave until 3:08. I was seen by a clinical doctor in which I’d prefer to see Dr. Martin. But, I was only able to see Dr. Martin for a very short minute because I had to get back home to my 91 year mother who has dementia. I told the care giver I’d only be an hour to an hour and half. Not 2 hours. The appointment time and the inconsistencies with staff following up with prescriptions and PA with other parties would be my only issues. Overall, service is good.

My care from Dr Biederman very thorough and professional as always an. However; when checking out, I waited about 15 minutes or more. The front desk was short staffed and the one gentleman checking folks out was also check folks in and printing off lab forms. He was one person doing 3 jobs. He handled himself quite well though. And apologize to each one of us for our long wait.

I love Dr Kelly and all the staff but I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room and another half hour in room #4 before the Dr came in. I had someone who drove me on their lunch hour and of course they were late getting back to work .

Dr. Mercier Is professional, friendly and certainly trustworthy! She helped me immensely by diagnosing me correctly. I am on my way to better health because of her. Her staff is professional and continually remind their patients of appointments. I recommend this team very highly

Micah was a wonderful professional to see. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, but she was very pleasant with a friendly smile. She is a real asset to this practice. Unfortunately, many of the support staff are unfriendly, without a smile for the patients. They don’t even look you in the eye when addressing you. You have sick patients coming into your office and they deserve a warm friendly experience with everyone working in the office. Your staff could do with some training in being friendly and kind. Best Dr Care provider & person anyone could wish for

Had an appointment this morning. Everything was on schedule which I appreciate. Everyone was very professional and listened to the issues I was having. I was offered treatment options if what we are doing now did not seem to be working. I was encouraged several times during the visit to call if certain things happened. I felt very comfortable with everything about today's visit.

Dr. MERCIER is the GREATEST DOCTOR in the WORLD! She gives great care, she listen to my need. I also wish that she could be my PCP. Dr. Mercier interact with me in a calm (positive manner), she listens to me and alway try to find out my concerns. She always allow me to make suggestions and she make me feel important. Dr. Dr. Jason Biederman was my nephrologist and he discriminated against me, so that’s why I asked Dr. Mercier to become my nephrologist.

I find doctor Marrone to be a very caring and empathetic doctor. He listens very carefully to what your saying and asked questions that are pertinent to your care. He works at correcting any outstanding health issues that are present and maintaining the positive ones that are present. Dr. Mark Marrone is a caring and knowledgeable doctor in Nephrology. I have been going to him for 4 years now and have always appreciated the detailed analysis he provides during every visit. I never felt rushed or not cared for which is very important for patient care. We have developed a great relationship over the years and he always encourages me to learn about new research and drugs coming to the market making me inclusive of the decisions he makes on my health and well-being. I've been a patient of Dr. Marrone for over 10yrs, I was at stage 4 in 2013, Renal failure. On 12/5/23 I registered stage 2. Partly because of diet exercise and peace of mind, love for others and most of all, Dr. Marrone's expertise and caring personality.

One slight problem. I was told to wait "out front" and I went and sat in the waiting room. I waited over an hour and finally asked someone at the counter what the situation was. Apparently I had been sitting in the wrong place and no one came to look for me.

The 5 (five) Stars are for Dr. Martin’s professional, humanitarian and personable contact with me as a patient. An Aide did not do the same. She did show some compassion after I spoke her. The person who answered the phone was unprofessional. I asked, who’s speaking? The response was as if I should have known who answered! Other than waiting forever to be taken in due to some kind of miscommunication or glitch, which has never happened before, the doctor visit was great. I forgot, though, to ask one of the questions I had planned to. I want to be taken off that phone list for the Chronic Care Management team that calls every month. I don’t want to be contacted between doctor visits if it’s not mandatory. I told them that the last time they called. They said I had to have the doctor remove me from the list, and they wouldn’t give me an answer me when I asked if it was mandatory.

From the moment you walk into the office, you are treated well and with respect.

Dr Martin is wonderful and my 95 yr old mother loves her. Only issue I have is they are really understaffed at the reception area, so it can be up to 1/2 hour before you get discharge paperwork.

Dr. Kelly Mercier is a awesome doctor. She provides exceptional care and there is no other doctor in the world as great as Dr. Mercier. She always go above and beyond to give excellent care and she provide care based off of each patients individual need. I was discriminated against by some other nephrology doctors and after reporting those doctors, they retaliated by contacted every doctor that I would transfer to and try to convince them to deny me care. They also try to get my new doctors to document false information in my medical records (Collude). But Dr. Mercier BELIEVED in me, she ACCEPTED me as her patient, while giving me EXCELLENT CARE and she also CHANGED MY LIFE! Dr. Mercier was my doctor when I was on dialysis and she’s still my doctor post-transplant; and she have always treated patients good no matter what color we are. Dr. Mercier have gave me the will to live because she have given me energy, joy and light. I wish all doctors could be like Dr. Mercier & as a female, I want to be just like her too. It’s a GREAT EXPERIENCE to get care from Dr. Mercier and I’m HONORED to have her as my doctor. I’m grateful, I’m thankful and I’m extremely grateful.
