Jacob Craze, NP

Jacob Craze was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He graduated from Oakland University with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 with honors. While at Oakland University he studied abroad in Italy focusing on research. After graduation he spent his nursing career at Ascension Providence Rochester (Crittenton Hospital) on the medical-surgical and oncology/hospice floors. He graduated with his Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University in 2020 with honors and was top 3 in his class. He is a Nurse Practitioner with ANCC certification in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care. He worked in nephrology before joining Hypertension Nephrology Associates as a Nurse Practitioner in April 2021.
