My only concern might be the office needs updating and a good cleaning, at least to my standards. Staff is efficient and kind, just like Dr Misuraca.

Very pleasant experience and atmosphere the different crew at the front desk at check in is very pleasant. When I first started here the staff was NOT so pleasant, it’s like night and day now. Dr. Misuraca and Mika are the best and both have great bed side manners and you can tell they really care.

Dr. Ismail is an outstanding kidney keeper. He’s has guided me thru a gambit of likes I never reflected upon in my life. He’s not afraid to spend ovethat 15 minutes Medicare says is necessary. Comforting, Relaxing Educational.

I love Dr Crystal Martin because she gives me insight. For example, I didn't know that it takes two weeks for my blood pressure medication to start working. I didn't realize that my kidneys and my body functions better when my blood pressure is at 130/74. When my BP is at 120/80, I'm dizzy and my kidney function lessens. That's very valuable information that helps me out a lot and it's worth the wait as far as I'm concerned. The only downside to seeing her is the wait because she spends quality time with each of her patients. You have to make sure that you don't have any appointments to rush off after seeing her. Again, for me the wait is worth it because she gives me insight concerning improving the function of my kidneys and my overall health. I love Dr Martin for that!!

The people at Dr. Mercier s office are always very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They explain everything and answer all our questions. The wait time is usually pretty quick also.

Seen in a timely fashion. The doctor was very clear and concise in his examination and instruction. Although it didn’t impact my visit, the desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The office needs to address handicap accessibility at the door/ entrance. The threshold is too prominent and most travel wheelchairs cannot get through and need assistance lifting the wheelchair over the threshold to get in or out of the facility. Also, you must hold the door open while trying to enter due to the door tension closing mechanism - these needs to be addressed with urgency.

I saw Ashley Wozniak on October 9, 2024. She is a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and kind.

I was a little apprehensive about meeting a new doctor, but Dr. Ismail and his staff put me at ease. They took time to listen to My history and concerns, and seemed to be genuinely interested in my welfare. There was no rush, which I appreciated. Doctor was down to earth, and spoke in a manner which was easily understood.

Doctor Ismail has great bedside manners and keeps my visit positive even when I may start feeling emotional or negative about my progress. Yes, I would recommend all my family and friends to see Dr. Ismail for any hypertension or kidney problems they may have because when he enters the room he has already viewed your chart and is ready with any recommendations or alternate plans for the next step of progress to better your health.

Dr. Kelly Mercier Is one of the greatest doctors in the world. She go above and beyond, while providing excellent care to each patient based off of our symptoms. So many other doctors were mistreating me. She never turned me away, and she excepted me as her patient with open arms. Forever grateful. Hello, yesterday was my second visit and they were very precise with follow up on test and efficient. However, my appointment was at 1:20. I arrived at 1:05, but wasn’t called back until 2:15. I did not leave until 3:08. I was seen by a clinical doctor in which I’d prefer to see Dr. Martin. But, I was only able to see Dr. Martin for a very short minute because I had to get back home to my 91 year mother who has dementia. I told the care giver I’d only be an hour to an hour and half. Not 2 hours. The appointment time and the inconsistencies with staff following up with prescriptions and PA with other parties would be my only issues. Overall, service is good.

My care from Dr Biederman very thorough and professional as always an. However; when checking out, I waited about 15 minutes or more. The front desk was short staffed and the one gentleman checking folks out was also check folks in and printing off lab forms. He was one person doing 3 jobs. He handled himself quite well though. And apologize to each one of us for our long wait.

I love Dr Kelly and all the staff but I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room and another half hour in room #4 before the Dr came in. I had someone who drove me on their lunch hour and of course they were late getting back to work .

Dr. Mercier Is professional, friendly and certainly trustworthy! She helped me immensely by diagnosing me correctly. I am on my way to better health because of her. Her staff is professional and continually remind their patients of appointments. I recommend this team very highly

Although I didn’t see the doctor himself, I had a great visit with his nurse practitioner. She was personable, took my BP herself to validate the results, and she gave recommendations on how to monitor my BP. DR Marrone made a good decision when he hired her.

Unfortunately, many of the support staff are unfriendly, without a smile for the patients. They don’t even look you in the eye when addressing you. You have sick patients coming into your office and they deserve a warm friendly experience with everyone working in the office. Your staff could do with some training in being friendly and kind. Had an appointment this morning. Everything was on schedule which I appreciate. Everyone was very professional and listened to the issues I was having. I was offered treatment options if what we are doing now did not seem to be working. I was encouraged several times during the visit to call if certain things happened. I felt very comfortable with everything about today's visit.

Dr. MERCIER is the GREATEST DOCTOR in the WORLD! She gives great care, she listen to my need. I also wish that she could be my PCP. I've been a patient of Dr. Marrone for over 10yrs, I was at stage 4 in 2013, Renal failure. On 12/5/23 I registered stage 2. Partly because of diet exercise and peace of mind, love for others and most of all, Dr. Marrone's expertise and caring personality.

One slight problem. I was told to wait "out front" and I went and sat in the waiting room. I waited over an hour and finally asked someone at the counter what the situation was. Apparently I had been sitting in the wrong place and no one came to look for me.
